Tej K. Magazine, born in Kashmir Valley, graduated in Commerce with distinction from J&K University, had his Management training in NITIE, ASCI, IIM-A & IIM-B, India, IWS - Australia. He is International Trade Centre (UNCTAD /WTO) Geneva, trained Consultant on International Purchasing & Supply Chain Management.

He served steel, textile, electronics, chemical, pharma industries, with India's top industrial groups like : Facor, Vardhman, Toshiba Anand, Modi, Thapar, Prakash & Ranbaxy, for over three decades, in senior techno-commercial and general management positions

Since January, 2001, is Director of his own venture, Traam Services Pvt. Ltd., engaged in Consultancy, Training, Technology Transfer, Outsourcing, Marketing. His consultancy assignments are on Business Process Re-engineering, leading client companies to Change Management for Global Vision, Supply Chain Systems, Human Resources Development as Corporate Trainer. He also organises Technology & Marketing Tie ups at global level. Mr. Magazine is Management Advisor - M and M Auto Industries Ltd., President-Global Research, Training & Consultancy Society (Regd. NGO), etc.

Member of the Indian Institute of Materials Management, since 1971, was honoured with DISTINGUISHED MEMBERSHIP OF IIMM in 2000, in recognition of his innovative professional contribution to Materials & Supply Chain Management. He is recipient of All India top award of IIMM, as BEST BRANCH CHAIRMAN.

Mr. Magazine has been Member-Board of Studies (Business Administration) - Punjab Technical University. Member - CII Panel on Manufacturing Technology.

He is hon. faculty on Leadership Development, Supply Chain & Marketing with CII, ASSOCHAM, CEDTI, NITTTR, Punjab University Business School, ICWAI, IIMM, IIFM, HP-Univ. etc. An amateur journalist, with over 80 presentations and articles on subjects of management & social interest, to his credit, Widely travelled, having addressed several seminars & conferences, in India and abroad, Infotech savvy, presented papers and chaired technical sessions, at national seminars on Information Technology.

Mr. Magazine is connected with various professional & social bodies. 53 times STAR BLOOD DONOR, actively involved in social work, as a Charter Member of the Lions Clubs International, for over 30 years. Lion Magazine has held several senior positions at club and district levels. A highly decorated Lion member, bestowed with coveted TOP TEN WORLD AWARD-2000, as District Chairman - International Understanding, adjudged out of 748 Chairmen in 186 countries, by Lions International H.Q. in U.S.A. for promotion of international brotherhood and peace.

Married to Lion Ms. Raj Magazine, the couple are blessed with two sons, Atul (married to Meenakshi, MBA) & Anuj (married to Shweta, B.E.), both Infotech, Engineers.
